Whatever it is, food is more than just food. It's a statement. When you eat together with someone else that you're saying I approve of you. I want to share with you. I want to be in your presence.
All foods are clean because there are no uncommon and there are no unclean people that are off limits from the grace of God.
So bringing food to contribute. And they're like, You know what? Forget this. I'm just going to eat my own food. One goes hungry and another gets drunk.
In Exodus twenty four, Isaiah promises a messianic banquet of rich foods that will never end.
So picture the food pictures of food. Next Sunday morning, you get here at eight o'clock or whatever, and the food's out smelling good and you're like, Man, I'm hungry. Church isn't here yet.
Some forbid marriage and advocate abstaining from foods which God has created to be gratefully noticed.
To see is they made famous in the way that the church relates to others, and that's going to involve food. It's not about the food, but the way the church relates to others.
Verse eight says food will not commend us to God. We're no better off if we do not eat and no better off if we do It's principle here is it's not about the food itself.
And it's not about the food. It's about their relationship.
You people talk about the food, the bread of life, the food that never ends, the food, the hunger that only God can confess.
And you don't have to put their time and let's get some food that that that's the significance of that is doing it before God.
