Chris Daukas preaches from John 6 on having the right kind of hunger, for the right kind of food.

  1. What are you most hungry for, His provision or His presence? v1-26

  2. Which are we most hungry for, the temporary or the eternal? v27-51 - They are looking to Jesus to have their needs met, rather than meeting with Jesus to see their true needs. - Are you hungering for the heavenly bread? Or are you hungering for the worldly food that perishes?

  3. What are you hungering for the most? Your wisdom or his words? v52-71 - No one gets into heaven unless they feast on Christ. - Your way has to become His way.

  • Hunger is good because it reminds us that we need food.
  • Hunger is good as long as it’s the right kind of hunger, for the right kind of food.
  • What are you hungry for?
