1. Put OFF: False Speech, Put ON: Speaking the truth to your neighbor

A dishonest man spreads strife, and a whisperer separates close friends. – Proverbs 16:28 (ESV)

For lack of wood the fire goes out, and where there is no whisperer, quarreling ceases. As charcoal to hot embers and wood to fire, so is a quarrelsome man for kindling strife. The words of a whisperer are like delicious morsels; they go down into the inner parts of the body. – Proverbs 26:20-22 (ESV)

For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks. 35 The good person out of his good treasure brings forth good, and the evil person out of his evil treasure brings forth evil. 36 I tell you, on the day of judgment people will give account for every careless word they speak – Matthew 12:34-36 (ESV)

16 These are the things that you shall do: Speak the truth to one another; render in your gates judgments that are true and make for peace; 17 do not devise evil in your hearts against one another, and love no false oath, for all these things I hate, declares the Lord.” – Zechariah 8:16-17 (ESV)

“They will inhabit Zion which will be called the City of Truth because Yahweh will be in the midst of them. Thus the neighbor who is a member of this community may expect to be dealt with truthfully.” – Peter O’ Brien

2. Put OFF: Anger

O men, how long shall my honor be turned into shame? How long will you love vain words and seek after lies? Selah 3 But know that the Lord has set apart the godly for himself; the Lord hears when I call to him. – Psalm 4:2-3 (ESV)

Be angry, and do not sin; ponder in your own hearts on your beds, and be silent. Offer right sacrifices, and put your trust in the Lord. – Psalm 4:4 (ESV)

3. Put OFF: Stealing, Put ON: Hard Work
