Todd was raised in California and Florida, where he was blessed to participate with his family in churches that preached the Gospel – that “all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, and are justified by his grace as a gift, through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, whom God put forward as a propitiation by his blood, to be received by faith” (Romans 3:23-25 ESV) – a message that brought him to salvation.
While at Wheaton College, he met his future wife, Erin, and they began to attend church together, eventually becoming members of a Sovereign Grace Church, where they were delighted to find a robust emphasis on the sovereignty of God, a vibrant practice of the spiritual gifts, and gospel-centered community.
Todd and Erin married in 2002 and moved to Arizona to join Sovereign Grace Church, Gilbert, where they enjoyed seven years of fruitful relationships and ministry. Upon hearing plans for Chris Daukas and his family to plant Grace Church, they eagerly joined the team to make disciples for Christ. In addition to reaching out to friends and neighbors, they have ample disciple-making opportunities as they train their children (Caden, Zoe, Jackson, and Macy) to be lovers of God and others.
In 2018 Todd and Erin left Peoria to move to the Chicago, Illinois area.
